Where your information is sent

Details you send through the reservation form are delivered to our reservations staff’s email address using a service provided by Google LLC (Google Apps Script). They are kept in our email and are not stored on this website’s server.

This site uses no analytics tools, no advertising tags, and loads no external fonts or third-party services. It does not store what you enter in your browser (no cookies for this purpose).

Information we collect when you make a reservation

When you send a reservation request, we ask you to provide the following.

• Preferred date, preferred time, number of guests, type of reservation
• Name
• Contact details (telephone number and/or email address)
• Any requests (optional)

Purpose of use

We use the information only to confirm your reservation, to inform you about availability, to look after you on the day, and to respond to related enquiries. We will not use it for any other purpose without your consent.

Disclosure to third parties

We do not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

How long we keep your information

We keep the information for one year from the date of your visit, and then delete it.

If you would like to see, correct or delete your information, please contact us using the details below. We will respond after confirming your identity.
